Cancellation Policy

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: No extra guests allowed unless being serviced. No rushing or repeatedly asking “how much longer.” Deposits are required to secure all appointments. No deposit = No service. Payments under $100 must be paid in full. Same-day appointments require full payment (cash only). $10 fee applies to electronic payments outside the booking site. $45 squeeze-in fee (non-negotiable). 5-minute grace period. $30 late fee if 10+ minutes late.
