Dear Valued Clients,

We would like to bring your attention to our updated policy to ensure clarity and consistency in our service offerings. Effective immediately, the following guidelines are in place:
 

1. Deposit Requirement:

   • DEPOSITS ARE REQUIRED

   • All electronic Deposits outside of my LMC booking website have a $10 fee.

   • Regardless of availability, appointments must be booked through our website and secured with a deposit which can also be sent via Cashapp, or Apple Pay.

2. Payment for Amounts Under $100:

   • Any payments under $100 must be paid in FULL.

   • We will no longer accept deposits for payments under $100.

3. Same Day Appointments:

   • Payment for same-day appointments must be made in FULL before the service commences.

   • CASH ONLY for same-day appointments.

4. Squeeze-In Appointments:

   • Squeeze-in appointments are subject to a $45 upcharge in addition to the service fee.

   • Squeeze-in upcharges are not negotiable.

5. Electronic Payments for Remainder Balance:

   • Any electronic payments made for the remainder balance are subject to a $10 fee.​​

   6.  Late Arrivals: You only have a 5-minute grace period after the booked time.

 

           A late fee of $30 will be charged if you are 10 or more minutes late. This requires              an upcharge.
