About the Role
We are excited to announce the expansion of our business and the upcoming need for on-call, part-time assistance. This position is not full-time, as we are in the process of transitioning to full-time shop hours. We will be accommodating walk-in appointments, as well as online and phone appointments. The required assistance will vary based on schedule and workload, making flexibility a key asset. As we continue to grow, we are open to the possibility of bartering, and terms can be discussed during the interview process.
As a personal assistant to the Loctician and CEO of Loc My Crownn LLC, responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Customer Service and Support
Proficient in social media management
Skilled in data entry and customer care support
Capable of handling over-the-phone bookings
Expertise in responding to inquiries and effectively converting them into email lists
Experience in drafting call-back lists, answering phones, and managing email/calendar
Administrative Services
Proficient in schedule and time management, appointment reminders, and inbox organization
Skilled in managing priority package notifications and shipping
Capable of running errands and conducting vendor and service research, including creating shopping lists
Experience in creating quotes, invoices, and drafting documents
Proficient in making travel arrangements, inventory management, and negotiating contracts

To be successful in this role, candidates should meet the following requirements:
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a customer service or administrative capacity
Skills and Competencies:
Proficient in social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter)
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle phone bookings and customer inquiries professionally
Competent in managing email, calendar, and scheduling tasks
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to manage priority package notifications and shipping
Capable of running errands and conducting vendor/service research
Experience in creating quotes, invoices, and drafting documents
Proficient in making travel arrangements, inventory management, and negotiating contracts
Personal Attributes:

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet

Technical Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft (Word) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets)
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software or Wix is a plus

Ability to work part time hours on a flexible, on-call basis
